Purchased a Natuzzi sofa from house of fraser.Went here because we thought we would get better service, after sales care , and good quality, rather than the normal service from your normal furniture shops.

How wrong were we!!!!

The problems started on delivery, we received our very expensive sofa, with one of the two electric recliners not working and the other recliner ( we paid extra for these) with a European plug, so we had an adapter for this in our Garage ( not what you expect to do with a sofa that cost so much.) end result of this a completely new sofa was delivered 12 WEEKS later, with a huge !!!!!! Some of 10 % of our money returned for inconvinance caused. ( what a joke ).

I have since told Natuzzi of how badly the foot rests in the recliners have worn, they look about 10 years old, they are infact only 2 years old, now one of the recliners is not working, of course the guarantee does not cover any of these, I wonder why it doesn't.

Maybe because they knew the quality was bad so don't cover them.My advice DEFFINETY DON'T BUY Nattuzzi save your money and go to good old DFS or Furniture Land
